For years, perfume and theme park enthusiasts alike have searched for fragrances that accidentally smell similar to water rides. For the first time ever, the intoxicating, moody scent has been intentionally captured. Xyrena’s Dark Ride features the familiar note of chlorinated (or bromine-treated) water, a thrilling accord of theatrical fog and pyrotechnics, and a hint of atmospheric mildew and damp ozone to create the first thrill ride in a bottle.

I like the scent

I really like this scent. It has a few notes that I have always found appealing. First, I feel like there is a hint of la leather smell. The second is ozone. It has other notes that complete the package. I would definitely buy this again. I am curious about their other scents.

Brought me back to my magical time!!!

Okay, so as I cried on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride last year; I sniffled aloud that I wish I could find a smell like the cannons and bromine combined. My parents found the Dark Ride for me, and it was one of my Christmas gifts! I ADORE the sniff, it is the Pirates of the Caribbean ride hands down. Some people think you smell like an electrical fire or that something is burning with chlorine; but to me this is magic. Thank you for recreating the memory via smell to some of my most blissful experiences as a child and adult.
